Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from fauxlikeapro.com! This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

• All sales are final unless product arrives damaged or defective.  In this case, we will replace the same product after original product is returned.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

• We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items.

• We cannot accept returns for custom-made products, or digital downloads.
   

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@fauxlikeapro.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. We will provide you with a return instructions on how to return your item.

3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
    

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue send you replacement product within 7 business days.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
   

Exceptions

• We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are returned after the return window has closed.

  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged or altered.

  • Items that are excluded from the return policy (e.g.  custom-made products, digital downloads).  * Wholesale orders are also non-returnable.
